Reservation Terms

Introduction

These reservation terms apply when you request a table through Klyptos for a listed restaurant. Klyptos is operated by RIAGO PTE. LTD. ("Klyptos", "we", "our", or "us"). You are booking with the restaurant you selected; restaurant policies (including seating, cancellation, deposits, and dress codes) still apply unless we state otherwise at the time of booking.

By continuing through the reservation form (for example choosing Find a Table or Book now), you confirm that you have read and accept these reservation terms and our Privacy Policy. The form shows a short notice under the primary action with links to this page and privacy; there is no separate terms checkbox.

Reservation requests

Submitting a request through Klyptos creates a reservation request with that restaurant. Confirmation of your table, seating, changes, no-shows, deposits, and cancellations are governed by the restaurant's own policies unless we state otherwise when you book.

Klyptos is the platform that facilitates the request. We are not the restaurant and are not responsible for the quality of food, service, or fulfilment of the in-venue dining experience.

You may cancel eligible reservations through flows we provide where supported by the restaurant. Links to view or manage a booking are personal; do not share them with others.

Service communications

To fulfil your booking, Klyptos and the restaurant may send service-related messages by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels you provide. These can include OTP verification, booking confirmations, reminders, and secure links to view or manage your reservation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier or provider.

These operational messages are distinct from marketing. They may be sent as needed to operate the reservation and do not depend on the optional marketing checkbox on the reservation form.

Marketing and offers

The reservation form includes a separate optional marketing checkbox (exclusive picks and deals for this reservation and more from the restaurant and Klyptos). It defaults to selected and is not required to complete a booking. Guests usually see it on the contact-details step (near email and phone); signed-in guests see it before Book now.

When that marketing checkbox is checked, you agree that the restaurant you booked and Klyptos may send exclusive picks, deals, promotions, and other marketing updates related to this booking and in the future by email, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide—including recommendations and promotions for other restaurants on Klyptos, not only the venue you booked.

When it is unchecked, that marketing consent is not granted and is not recorded for marketing use. You can still complete a reservation request. Unchecking declines marketing only; it does not change acceptance of these reservation terms via the form notice.

Reservation and service messages (confirmations, reminders, OTP, and manage-booking links) may still be sent as needed to fulfil the booking. They are distinct from marketing consent and do not require the marketing checkbox—consistent with the utility-versus-marketing split in our platform Terms of Service.
