Dennis Tsakiris brings extensive corporate experience to the culinary world,with a background in finance and accounting at global firms like Deloitte and Reckitt Benckiser. Upon retiring, Dennis partnered with his wife Effie to transform Blu Kouzina into more than just a restaurant. Under his strategic guidance, the business expanded into delivery, catering, wholesale, retail, and food production services. His love for engaging with customers and commitment to “philoxenia,” the Greek spirit of hospitality, shapes the essence of Blu Kouzina’s dining experience, setting it apart from the rest.
