Introduction

Klyptos is a dining discovery, reservations, ordering, and restaurant technology platform operated by RIAGO PTE. LTD. ("Klyptos", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Klyptos at https://klyptos.com or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Klyptos.

Klyptos helps diners discover restaurants, make reservations, place orders where available, save favourite listings, and use optional features such as our AI concierge. Restaurants and their authorised representatives may use Klyptos to claim listings, manage profiles, and access partner tools subject to separate onboarding and verification.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klyptos. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account, making a reservation, placing an order, submitting a review, or claiming a restaurant listing.

You may sign in using email one-time passwords (OTP), and you may update your profile, email, or phone number through verification flows we provide. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials and device sessions secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Restaurant discovery information

Restaurant profiles, search results, ratings, reviews, menus, prices, photos, opening hours, collections, blog content, and other listing information on Klyptos are provided for general information and discovery. Much of this content is supplied by restaurants, partners, or third-party sources and may change without notice.

We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. You should confirm important details (including availability, pricing, dietary information, and accessibility) directly with the restaurant before visiting or ordering.

Reservations

When you request a table through Klyptos, you are making a reservation request with the restaurant. Confirmation, seating, changes, no-shows, deposits, dress codes, and cancellations are governed by the restaurant's own policies unless we state otherwise at the time of booking.

We may send reservation-related communications (including confirmations, reminders, or secure links to view or manage a booking). Links sent by email or message are personal; do not share them with others. You may cancel eligible reservations through flows we provide where supported by the restaurant.

Klyptos is not the restaurant and is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or fulfilment of in-venue dining experiences.

Online ordering, payments, promos, and fulfilment

Where a restaurant offers online ordering on Klyptos, you may browse menus, build a cart, apply promotional codes when available, and check out for pickup, delivery, dine-in, or reservation-linked pre-order contexts as offered by that restaurant.

Card payments may be processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Cash or pay-at-venue options may be offered where the restaurant enables them. Taxes, fees, minimum order amounts, delivery zones, preparation times, and order acceptance are set by the restaurant.

You are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery, and order details. Refunds, order issues, and fulfilment disputes are primarily between you and the restaurant, though we may assist with platform-related technical problems where appropriate.

Restaurant partners and listing claims

If you claim or manage a restaurant listing, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of that business. We may verify ownership through email, phone, WhatsApp, documents, or other methods before granting access to partner tools.

You agree not to claim listings you do not control, misrepresent your relationship to a venue, or submit false verification information. We may suspend or remove access to partner features if we reasonably believe a claim is fraudulent or misleading.

WhatsApp, OTP, email, and service communications

Klyptos may send service-related messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide or initiate (for example OTP codes, booking updates, claim verification, or partner onboarding). Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier or provider.

When you choose to contact us or start a claim through WhatsApp, you also interact with WhatsApp/Meta under their terms and policies. We use WhatsApp and similar channels to operate the service, not for unsolicited marketing unless you have opted in where required by law.

AI Concierge and automated assistance

Klyptos may offer an AI-powered concierge to help you explore restaurants, check availability, complete booking steps, or surface menu and review information. Concierge responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

The concierge does not provide professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions about allergies, dietary restrictions, or health-related needs—always confirm directly with the restaurant. Conversation content may be stored to operate, improve, and secure the feature as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews and user content

You may submit ratings, reviews, or other content through Klyptos (including via secure links we send after a visit). You represent that your submissions are honest, based on your genuine experience where applicable, and do not violate the rights of others.

You must not post defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content. We may moderate, remove, or decline to display user content at our discretion. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute it on Klyptos and related marketing in connection with operating the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Klyptos for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
• Create fake bookings, abusive reviews, or fraudulent claims;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that burdens or disrupts the service;
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or verification measures;
• Interfere with restaurants, other users, or payment flows.

We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access to protect users, restaurants, and the platform.

Third-party services

Klyptos integrates with third-party services including payment processors, analytics providers, mapping or content sources, messaging platforms, and restaurant systems. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from Klyptos.

Embeddable reservation or ordering experiences may appear on restaurant or partner websites; those sites are responsible for how they present and frame Klyptos content unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including cookies, analytics, and device identifiers used to operate and improve Klyptos. By using the platform, you acknowledge that policy.

Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability

Klyptos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RIAGO PTE. LTD. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIAGO PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Klyptos. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer rights where they apply).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of Klyptos after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
