Helmed by the Kakushin Team, who bring with them decades of experience from acclaimed Japanese restaurants including Tatsu Sushi at Chijmes, Tatsuya at Goodwood and Akashi, Kakushin is a reflection of their unbridled creativity, balanced by their precise technical expertise honed from years of dedication to their craft and passion for Japanese cuisine. Incorporating their penchant for elevating simple ingredients with a playful twist, no detail is overlooked, even in the most basic of preparations. From the Sous Vide Kagoshima Wagyu, which is sous vide for over 30 hours, to the house-made Ponzu and Shoyu sauces that are meticulously fermented for seven days, guests can experience the heartfelt attention to detail that is poured into each and every element.
