Chefs Daniel & Tamara Chávez unveil their second project in Dempsey Hill named TINTO Spanish Tapas, Paellas and Wine. Home to regional dishes and wine, in the enclave of Dempsey Hill. Taking its name and inspiration from the Spanish name for red wine, vino tinto, TINTO paints the many colours, flavours and dishes that will transport you to the wide variety of regions of Spain. Amigas, amigos y familia! We warmly welcome you TINTO, a home for soul-warming tapas, paellas, fideuàs, Spanish wines, and so much more. Paired with these delicacies is a wide Spanish range of wines, the largest of such selection in Dempsey. The wine list showcases well known established wineries from regions like Rioja, Priorat and Ribera del Duero as well as unique finds from areas like Jumilla, Toro and Monsant in Spain.
