From a little town in the south of Klang in Malaysia, Kevin’s illustrious culinary career spans 14 years, where he’s worked in some of the most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in France, California and of course, Singapore. He was recently been awarded the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia award in Arts 2022 & The Young Chef Award by The MICHELIN guide 2023. At Seroja, he combines his international culinary experience with his affinity for the flavours & diversity of the Malay Archipelago.
