Chin Huat Live Seafood started in 1982 when our late founder, Mr Low Chin Huat, introduced the concept of seafood kept alive till it was time to cook them. His live lobsters took Singapore by storm in the 80s and 90s, forever transforming the way Singaporeans ate seafood.
