Seeing the growing interest in international cuisine in Singapore, he took the initiative to introduce the honest flavors of Turkish food to a wider audience. More than just opening a restaurant, he shaped the core values of Deli Turk – warmth, authenticity and quality; giving diners just like back home. The first branch opened in Suntec City Tower 3 and the same dedication classic recipes and a commitment to quality that still defines Deli Turk today.
