Japanese Ramen is originally a street food enjoyed in a relaxed, casual setting at owner-operated ramen bars around Japan. In Singapore, ramen is served in restaurants where the prices are quite expensive. Takagi-san, originally from Tsuruga, Japan, wanted to bring ramen back to its roots and even dropped out of law school to pursue this passion.
