For a perfect Korean barbecue, nothing beats smoke-grilling. Many KBBQ restaurants promise an aroma and taste of smokiness but fail to deliver because they do not stick to what has been known to work for generations. Be in no doubt, here at Namu Bulgogi we select our oak cut, dryness and sourcing as keenly as we select all our ingredients. The sweet aroma of oak is a secret known to perfumiers and KBBQ masters alike. Oak is a go-to for KBBQ thanks to its slow burn, subtle vanilla sweetness, its consistent and generous heat, and its harmonious versatility across your preferred meat selection. It’s our first choice as a premium KBBQ fuel.
