The elegantly designed restaurant located in Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay Sands embodies Greek architecture; from the monumental marble entrance made from Pendelikon marble whose origin from Athens dates back to the Parthenon, to the cylindrical portico that evokes the windmills of the Cycladic islands of Greece and the kalami ceiling reminiscent of dining under a giant pergola on a coastal terrace. The 155-seater features an open kitchen, a spectacular fish market centre piece as well as private dining rooms.
