Asia Grand was first established in Asia Hotel (Currently Hamilton Scotts) along Scotts Road in 2004, with focus on serving authentic Cantonese cuisine. The founding team are Hong Kong natives with high expectations food quality and service standards which is uphold till today. In 2008 Asia Grand relocated to Odeon Towers and in 2022, relocated to Fairmont Singapore. Over the years, the founding team and current management explored with new ingredients, create new dishes but insisted on preparing all dishes, sauces and condiments internally.
