Meet the Chef At the helm of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s most historic restaurant for almost a decade, Kuldeep Negi, a native of India, brings the well-loved and famed North Indian cuisine at the refreshed Tiffin Room to its next level of excellence. Trained in the ancient art of Indian cuisine, Chef Kuldeep had travelled widely across the different North Indian states to perfect his revitalised menu. He has introduced a variety of exciting culinary specials including tableside service, Indian celebratory menus and an elevated thali and tiffin box experience.
