Odette
Intrinsically French, but gently infused with a distinct sense of place. Our cuisine is a reflection of Chef Julien’s time in Asia and that journey continues to shape us.

Jypsy One Fullerton
Visualised through the lens of the nomadic, youthful and free-spirited Jypsy incubated under the wings of PS.Cafe before migrating to its own flagship location at One Fullerton. Jypsy offers a contemporary yet casual approach to Japanese cuisine set within a bohemian coastal-inspired space that looks out onto sweeping vistas of the bay.

Meadesmoore Steakhouse
Located in the bustling Telok Ayer district, Meadesmoore is a modern steakhouse that specialises in unusual cuts of beef and other meats, sourced from a network of trusted award-winning premium small producers. Helmed by Executive Chef Victor Loy, Meadesmoore is a joyous fist bump to the grand steakhouses of the early 1900s in the US and UK. My Little Spanish Place - Boat Quay
Our philosophy is based on the Spanish saying, “Mi Casa es Su Casa”, which means “My House is Your House”. My Little Spanish Place is the first Spanish restaurant to be helmed by two chefs with strong Spanish heritage – Maria Sevillano from Salamanca, Spain and Edward Esmero from Philippines, and the restaurant boasts a full-fledged menu of Spanish home-style dishes and desserts.

MoVida
Two decades ago, Spanish chef Frank Camorra and Andy McMahon transformed a rundown Italian restaurant into MoVida, a vibrant Spanish bar and restaurant in a Melbourne lane. Inspired by Spain's bodegas and dining rooms, they introduced Australians to Spanish dining's lively flavors and atmosphere. MoVida quickly became a leader in the culinary scene by offering shared tapas and raciones with the best local ingredients. It earned critical acclaim, including the Dish of the Year award from the Age Good Food Guide.

Capasso
CAPASSO lands right in the heart of the bustling business district of Singapore, and adds a charm of its own to the mix. Challenging the stigma that whiskies are predominantly for men, CAPASSO aims to provide an equal space for women whisky drinkers to imbibe. To match its storied collection of wines, whiskies and special cocktails, the menu features bold takes on traditional Italian dishes. The designer outfit by Greymatters is segmented by blue velvet curtains to offer a split personality of a beautiful open kitchen restaurant and a lush wine and whiskey lounge.

Restaurant Ibid
Abbreviation for Latin word ibidem meaning ‘in the same place’ or ‘in the same source’, often used in academic referencing. Restaurant Ibid is the creation of lawyer-turned-chef and MasterChef Asia winner Woo Wai Leong. At Restaurant Ibid, the style of cuisine served is formed from the cumulative experiences of the young, dynamic, and ambitious individuals within the team. The cuisine is heavily influenced by the various food cultures of Asia guided by both traditional and modern styles of cookery.
