Established in 2004, Ayam Penyet Ria Singapore is a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Indonesian food. At Ayam Penyet Ria, food is prepared fresh everyday with imported high-quality ingredients. Our signature dish, Ayam Penyet, is one of Indonesia’s most popular traditional dishes. Our chickens arrive fresh daily and are then boiled along with our secret blend of traditional herbs and spices. It is then fried to perfection and smashed with a wooden mallet to loosen the flesh from the bones, making it softer and easier to pull apart.
